Oh no! Windows Live Messenger won't let me login! I think it's upset that I used Skype today. But it's not my fault! It's Josef Tan's fault for making us use Skype! And I used it at the Esplanade Roof Terrace. Through Wireless@SG. Haha so random. Bleh. I studied Physics! And no school today! I'm being rather incoherent because I'm really really tired! Goodnight! I hope WLM is not jealous of Skype! :(

Yesterday was such an interesting day! Non-stop action! Haha crazy day. So much happened :) And ended in one of the nicest ways possible! :) Whee!

Lessons were pretty boring actually. But after that, just before H3 geog started, it got really interesting :) But I digress. H3 Geography, now officially the most happening H3 in the world, took a hour-plus long minibus ride to Sungei Buloh, Singapore's wetland reserve and an ASEAN heritage park! I haven't been there in a decade, so it was a trip back to my childhood. It was really serene and peaceful, as we sat at this "hide" that overlooked a huge wetland. So beautiful!

Then the craziest part of the day happened. To me, the best thing about looong bus trips with your friends is the SINGING! We were on the way back to watch our fellow H3 geoger, Desmond perform for Musicfest auditions, and the band was already on stage, waiting for him along with the audience. And it was planned to have Desmond enter the theatre and go on stage straight from the bus just like all wonderful boybands do!! (Read: Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, and most importantly, WESTLIFE!!)

That's when we started singing boyband songs! (Because of me, Leon and Joanne Gay I think. Duh.) All the classics. THE CLASSICS. WESTLIFE!! And more! Omg it was sooo HIGH!! I can't wait for KL trip, singing just like we did on the super long ride up to Tongariro! Woohoo! We started off with If I Let You Go, and there was so much more like I Lay My Love On You and Unchained Melody. WOO!! :) The minibus stopped right outside the PT, and we went into cheering and cheering and I sat with Joanne Gay and we shouted "H3 GEOG!!" super loud! Haha so high! :) I love VJC for this kinda crazy stuff!

Desmond went right on stage and hit off "Won't Go Home Without You", one of the best Maroon 5 songs ever! The band was wonderful, with Matthew and Novabelle and all. Woo! After that, I went out for dinner at QQ Noodle House at Bugis Village with wing :) Super big servings and quite a nice place, so I'll be going back there soon! Yay!

Today was S41 Junior treat Senior! :) So fun! Thanks so much my wonderful juniors! Especially Puen my mortal and Sherman my angel! :) You guys have made these few weeks easier to get by!

And although I don't say it much, thank you so much 07S41, for making these two years worth getting through! :) We had lunch at Cafe Cartel in Siglap and I shared St Louis Pork Ribs and Urban Bread Pudding with Erik!

We were very satisfied indeed :) Then the juniors ordered a Viking and the Rocks and it was huge! Wow. I camwhored with many people! :)

Undistilled

Things used to be simpler. We had a place to call home. Somewhere we could return to. A safe haven of sorts. The three sofas, the table, the posters, the computer, the changing room, the cupboards. It used to be ours. It's all changed now. Everything's changing. Everyone's so busy now, there's no more time to sit down and talk. I feel so lost in this place, though it's the same place, yet so confused and so distant from everything, everyone. Sometimes it feels like I no longer belong. But I do. I still do. That's why even though everything changes, everybody changes,

We used to dream of Paris. Walking past the street lamps, through a cool, dark night. A stroll by the river, just as everybody does. Waking up to watch the sun rise and the smell of freshly baked croissants. Coffee and tea in Paris, the classic way. Watching the passersby breeze through a busy afternoon lane, the sunlight gently caressing the streets. Having dinner over the city, as the sun sets upon the glinting scene. Watching as the river washes our dreams away.
