"yaaay!!!"

the morning was really sad. i dunno why the sky was bright so early, and rather orange, but it started raining. argh. we finally get to play vball then it has to rain. stupid sky. we played indoors just beside the courts for a while. and we got to stay in class for flag raising!

oh! we did the measurements during pe, because we couldnt play touch rugby in the drizzle. heck. well anyway, i grew 3 cm (167.5), and gainted 2 kg in two days! im so happy. im finally 50 kg, but that may be because of the huge breakfast i had just before school. but im still below 90% argh. at least i think im taller than nic. but she still hasn't told me her height. hmmph.

then we had maths. ARGH! it's still super boring and my eyes just kept closing. it happens to most people whenever mr ng is near. its like some sort of effect of his presence. there was something about equation of line. then when it was literature, i was awake again. it was basically announcements. we're doing poetry now, and mdm john wants to finish to kill a mockingbird by the end of term 3. that is like rush rush rush. all over again. you have to get used to it.

i stayed in class during recess. sb was like wanking again. he was like "can you give me some peace and quiet?" :S. and cheryl and diane were there lor. sick sb. i think he left for some other place to wank in. weird guy. so anyway, we have finally finished the first draft! and theres only 2 days left. omg. ok. this is nothing compared to kscope.

we discussd last night's black out in chinese. i didnt even know there was a black out lor. i dont think tampines was affected. wen quan said he wasnt, and those people living in tampines were still online. bwahaha. tampines = good infrastructure.

science was cool. we watched a video on orchid hybridization in acsi. and we got to see the guy rape an orchid and burn it and do all sorts of sick stuff to it. then we got to do it ourselves on carrots. i havent done it yet, will have to wait for more carrots. the school doesnt buy enough.

well. irs was screwed. we were forced to eat lunch. then when it was too late, go back to do bizlab. ARGH. in the end we didnt do anything. we're doing it tomorrow. and i still have to rehearse for play thing! oh noes! *clash* bizlab better end early. or im dead. its like only 2 days left (said that before)

i found sb, we watched dance for a while so sb could learn the new moves, but he didnt. then we all went to vina's house to do projs. i did my part for history essay/speech, and rehearsed lit drama. i still cant bear to wear that skirt. its... frilly. ew. but anyway, this is the root of cross-dressing, and ill have to do it sooner or later. oh yeah. ggxx. won sb. with NORMAL potemkin. ask him yourself. he was speechless. shamed. BWAHAHA. i won chin too. but i lost to nick. he uses all those fast characters that potemkin can't block in time. or maybe its just an excuse. sooner or later ill beat him. bwahaha. people to beat: js, nick, visa. maybe aaron and nicole too.

and i still miss the mercedes. the toyota shit is like shit. the car is coming back on either friday, saturday or monday. thats too long a time to wait. ARGH! the air con is too cold. and my spoon is too big!

"it's no trouble lah. cheryl likes me" - JS

whee~ today was FUN! it was raining! so we got to stay in class for flag raising! we started off with geog. talking about the three gorges dam. i still have my 8 page notes from the weird show. we had to do flow chart things on it. i squeezed everything into 1 page. nick managed to get his to half a page. but its like all small size and stuff. (just like him =P hehe. sorry.)

well. mr yeo was nice during chinese. he digressed for half an hour all about the holidays. where we went, what we did, what we didn't do etc. ice skating and overseas especially. and uh. adventure quest *cringe* hao jun used his (crap) drawing skilz to show mr yeo what adventure quest was. and even gave the url to him so that mr yeo could join in the "fun". omg. adventure quest is gay. its likethe lamest thing ive seen since neopets. argh. why did hui yi have to give me that link?? WHY? now its stuck in my head. oh noes.

stayed back during recess to look at people play wei qi, shi bao stroke aaron while cheering, and uh... do scripty. but mostly see aaron and some girls cheer. didnt eat anything. argh. oh well. we had a period of science. tissue things seem so fun! i can't wait for clones to start popping out from the carrot. it'd be so cool!

maths was bweh. (bweh's one of my words now) we had to report map positions through the use of numbers only. in the end we learnt how to use the grid thing. it's fun! i like map-reading! and the positions are quick nad easy to understand. i use a lot of these in flight sims, and the ones with the z axis too. see, comp games can teach you something!

we were forced to give up our portfolio to mrs lee during ae. bweh. i still have three reflections and i need science file to put in science stuff. she was like all hm and hm and hm. then once in a while when she saw something interesting, she would ask me about it (like that colour-inverted photo of myself, the one which has been circulated through sb, js and visa) well. i have to redo lit reflections and pass it up tmr. i've done it liao. whee~

i didn't have lunch. right after ae ended, i went to do script. all the way till dance. then sb left and i replaced him. haha. well. i forgot a lot of moves. but i managed to get quite a handful of parts right. yay. except i cant do them that smoothly. oh well. it ended at around 4:30 or something. and i still hadn't eaten anything. very hungry.

we watched vball people play in the courts, then talked a bit, then continued watching, then take 12 home. (no stupid bus driver) my dad fetched me in a replacement car he got form the mechanics while the merc was still in repair. its a toyota soluna. and it sucks. jap cars suck. they use wood-alloy composite. i cant tell just by knocking the plating. and the covers aint padded at all. yes. terence/shauna/orsomeoneelse was right. jap cars are indeed cardboard boxes. my dad calls it a tin can. i miss the merc already... oh well. long day today, and ahead of me (full bizlab.ext tmr) time to doze off.

"ice cream galore!"

omg. first day of school. DOOM. but at least it was quite a good start to the term. better than usual anyway. the school installed two more fans that circulate throughout the class. yay! but no air-con. =( at least got two more fans. there were 12 announcements today, i think thats a record! a lot, and very boring. and some thai students came over again. we had to sit throughout the countless minutes of the ceremony. oh well. anyone noticed the boys all had the same hairstyle and the girls too? strange.

but anyway, mdm john was bad enough to give us homework on the first day, and she was the only teacher to do so, but its just 200 words and we got till thursday. read some article on how colonial langauge came from native languages. so we have to do a 200-word essay on any langauge (including 1337speak) and how it was formed.
whee~

then it was geog. i dont think we did anything, except discuss stuff like tests and filing. i cant believe we ASKED for a test on oil palms. not us actually. it was yuhui's idea. oh well. at least it'll be a BIG test, so details will be less of a concern. and that = good.

there was some drug quiz thing during pccg. rather lame though. but ok. then assembly was really gay. we were forced to sing weird songs (i cringed at "reach") and clap to the tune. ok. so it's time we got enthu about something... but definitely not singing. i prefer cheering or other sensible stuff.

well. science was fun! we did chemical names! interesting rules. and quite fun to write some compound name that you cna make up all yourself if you just know the rules. =D chemical equations seem fun too. c0cl2 and stuff like that. yay

d&t was cool too. we got to cut up more metal. i already finished cutting, and was on to the 4 stages of filing. when the lesson ended, i was at the end of stage 4, and was on to touching up. yay. but i have yet to finish it. i need about 10 more minutes to use the weird cloth thing to get it REALLY shiny.

there was lan party after school! i only played cs, having given up on ft long ago (but i still got two one-on-one's against aaron and nicole next lan day) one-on-one with nicholas. duh i got thrashed. but i used the semi-auto sniper rifle. it's pro, just like auto-shotgun. i actually killed him a few times in a row. but then he shot me thru walls again, with a sniper rifle. hmmph.

went to macd's after lan. i had a mc flurry! so i was really happy. :D when we left mcd, we met hui yi, amanda, darren, yuhui and yvonne who had just come from yoshinoya and ice cream shop. damn. i need yoshinoya soon. oh well. i took 31 home with hui yi, amanda, darren, yuhui, ziluo and wen quan. darren stuck his foot out to flag the bus, because his hands were full.

and teh bus driver got pissed. i dunno what's his fking prob lor. its like there's nothing wrong with using your foot to flag. and darren would in more danger than the klutzy driver. the driver got our school name and number so he could call the principal and complain. wtf. i got his bus number down so we could sue him if he did anything. hah. he doenst know who we are or who we got on OUR side.

look at chin. once he goes mad, you'll never survive. especially with his cool neo-like outfit and buttsecks rampages. and what about nicholas and his dick-grabbing obssessions. once you've faced these two, you would never have the face to live again. hah. go to hell, bus driver of bus 31 number SBS428B. haha. bully small kids like us. you will repent or DIE. bwahaha. (i just had almond pistachio ice cream, a bit mad now.)

"harumph."

whee! school's starting. (im making myself feel optimistic) we can all look forward towards a better future. (including the sept hols, and especially teh nov/dec holidays. omg. 6 weeks of no school or homework, and also no PROJECTS) we should all be optimistic and enjoy school, so that we can mantain happiness.

we played human tic-tac-toe in church. haha. so weird. my team used the 3 corners strategy to win the games. whee~ we rock. yeah. then there was a half-hour bible study on who God is. woah. he is like all powerful and almighty and super, and about every positive adjective can be used to describe him. (but maybe not sexy. we dont know for sure)

i went with gabriel and bryan to pizza hut for lunch. we had a hawaiian pizza! omg. it was like so good to taste pizza after being deprived of it for a month or so. i love melted mozzerella cheese~ it's like still my fave ingredient for any sorta of food. it also goes quite well with ice cream. yum! oh. i had a cookies and cream cone from the weird ice cream soup beside mph. it was NICE! and the cookies bit were huge! i love ice cream...

oh. i went to the library! and borrowed 2 princess tales books (oh well, i've got nothing else to read. it was recommended to me on amazon.) and also some interesting book about a fake world war three and deceived people living underground called "the penultimate truth" by good-ol' philip k dick. whee. i started a bit on tpt till chapter 7, and i finished the princess tales, one while i fell asleep, and one over dinner. they're good.

im gonna sleep early so i can wake up tomorrow. its 9:20 on my comp clock now. and time for bed! here's a quizzie i did yesterday... in sub-conscious mode, from nicole's bloggie:

1: grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. write down what it says: "local SAMSUNG dealer for further details." - Samsung SGH-N500 owner's manual
2: stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first? the monitor screen, like duh
3: what is the last thing you watched on tv? last proper show: the oc, last gay show: dan dare (ew).
4: without looking, guess what the time is: 10:13
5: now look at the clock, what is the actual time? 10:13 on the grandfather's clock. woah. im good. but it depends on which clock you're talking about. my comp clock says 10:00. the clock behind me ran out of battery somewhere and is showing 3:30.
6: with the exception of the computer, what can you hear? magic by stimulator, my mum talking on the phone, a small fan, the keyboard.
7: when were you last outside? an hour ago.
8: before you came to this website, what did you look at? myself naked? :S i was in the bath. the last decent thing was nicole's blog which i got this from, and before that at shi bao telling me that he loves bananas.
9: what are you wearing? t-shirt and sports shorts
10: did you dream last night? i don't remember. not now anyway. i guess so.
11: when did you last laugh? in the car with vanessa and nicole and tristan
12: what is on the walls of the room you are in? a poster of an eagle, a shiny, glittery like poster of a lancaster bomber, some stuff my parents got from the uk (including the grandftaher's clock), a lamp thing, a panda poster, a poster of a butterfly with verses written on it, and a few more posters.
13: seen anything weird lately? a fish eyeball? :S
14: what do you think of this quiz? nothing much. i guess im doing it because im bored.
15: What is the last film you saw? the first half hour of 12 o clock high, some dvd my dad got.
16: if you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first? the world! i mean like everything nice and pretty and likeable enough. but maybe just a super nice computer. and all the stuff on my amazon wishlist. and cookies/brownies for everyone.
17: tell me something about you that i don't know: i mean like, who ARE you? "are you my conscience?"
18: if you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do? that everyone could be happy and live happily ever after. what else do we aim for in life?
19: do you like to dance? yeah, why not? i dont think im good at it either... but its fun to go suddenly crazy and bouncing everywhere
20: george bush: damn him. is he gay or what?
21: imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her? something that would end with a vowel. most probably a "e" or "a" or "i", um ... whatever.
21: imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him? marketh the brave. argh. no. something ending with a consonant.
22: would you ever consider living abroad? well. switzerland? i guess not. only if everyone else was not in singapore. :S

whee~ today was a fun day! even though there's only one full day left. ARGH. at least the holidays will end good. well. it all started with the weird farewell drama/dance thing. for the sec 4s. in the end we didnt do anything (not surprising). oh yeah. i hate co. they manage to screw up everything. first, they use 2k and dont even clean up after themselves, leaving all the dirty work to us. they dont even arrange the tables in a neat manner, just throw them around. bloody idiots. then today, they didnt have enough consideration for the other ccas who needed to practice, like eds. (not that we even have a script anyway)

well. we did try to get the script started. but of course, with distractions like cookies, the uk trip and bball, no progress is ever, and i mean EVER, made. we didnt even think of what to base the script on. just go and eat at kfc.

haha. i got a cheese fries 'shrooms meal. its like cheap and stuff. and you still get pepsi. me and randall talked about comps and comp games, samuel was doing the weird how-many-words-can-you-make-from-the-letters-in-spidermantwo thing. its like the lamest thing i ever seen. when randall left, i joined with samuel. shan shan and judie were also doing it. well, they did get quite a huge headstart. we were at page 2, when the others decide to leave. samuel was left with the two girls. and still trying to find more words. sadness.

oh. we went bowling! at katong shopping centre. it was fun. but the weird things kept screwing up and we had to reset the thing a lot of times. my first round after 1 year with lack of bowling was horrid. it went like this.

0|0 0|0 X| 0|/ 0|0 0|8 0|0 3|0 0|5 0|/|0

powerful. totally miss the first 4 hits, then a strike and another miss then a spare. woah. final score: 56. 4th in group, after tristan, audrey, aaron. then 5th was nicole, then vanessa. second round was this:

7|0 1|8 0|6 0|7 6|0 s7|2 9|/ 9|/ s0|6 8|0 |

yes yes. about the glitches. due to the lousy bowling alleys we were given, the second round was screwed up. i was given an extra hit during the 8th round which was counted and gave me the double 9 spare thing. i got first with 87. wow. well. anyway 70-90's my usual. but i dont expect to keep it up, with all the tyco shots and stuff. and the throwing of balls. :S

oh. we went to a poster shop! omg. it was like pretty and filled with all sorts of movie posters! the one vina seems to go to every week. she must know the guy there or something. i have the weird business card thing she gave me. and the guy is like all cool. he has long SILVER hair. but the posters are nice too. too nice. i dont like it. oh well. ill get one when i find a nice one. maybe ill go back there tmr after church.

of course, parkway. there was nothing much. i had already spent liek 10 bucks (including the 1 buck i GAVE to tristan to play the stupid, but very cute, soft toy machine thing) , and i didnt plan to spend much mroe than that. sure. i wanted ice cream, but my parents had some for me at home already. they bought candy and we went to the furniture showroom. omg. i wouldnt mind staying there. but its just the lack of connection. just add a few phones, books, and computers and it would be quite a nice place to live in. i think as large as a penthouse. oh well. dreams...

my parents brought tristan, nicole and vanessa back, then we went a whole round back to the ecp then to zion road. crispy fish with sweet and sour sauce! omg. yummy! im very happy. and also because i just had ice cream. cookies and cream....

"dawn of revelation"

before anyone can cry out disappointedly "so fast?!?!?!", the holidays reach the final 3 days. THREE days. and not a moment too soon. argh. must this really happen? i really did enjoy doing nothing, but i guess its only best if i had something to do, even if its school. oh well. at least school's ok. but not projects. and my group hasnt even done the history essay thing... shit. i think we're dead.

oh well. i wonder why everyone's rushing around now. sam chye's begging for more pieces of work, vina's screaming and panicking over her filing (i file stuff every week. phew) and irs too. as mun yi would say, the sad sods (she must be one of them too). well im glad i dont have anything to do. maybe ill find a piece of work or two to put in portfolio right now.

i played commandos today, another new game i got. hm. it's not bad. commandos are cool. they're given the toughest (and most impossible) missions, yet they come out of it. but not without my command! whee! i especially like the sniper and sapper (explosive expert) they're like super cool. but the green beret guy is not bad too, if not he wouldnt be the leader.

i've got nothing to do. i smirk at all the pitiful fools still sturggling out there. bwahaha! there's eds tmr. the farewell thing. i think we're too late. sadness. good old death has come in handy.

"homework = finished a week ago"

i watched some nice cartoons today. and messed my comp up and then cleaned it up. and shot lots of planes out of the skies. whee~ what a fun way to waste away the day. i must have improperly restarted my comp 10 times or more. the sadness that is me.

well. i tried to do portfolio, but then i realised all my files are with the teachers. and the only files i have are those i done on liao, besides english and literature, which have nothing to do on. so the last homework i had was realising i have no homework, having finished the last piece (chinese) a week or more ago. whee~ and it was fun too. i smirk at all those struggling to finish their homework now.

i was wondering why everyone's asking me for geog. i mean like you dont have to write 2000 words like me. :S in the past 2 weeks at least 10-15+++ people have asked me. but heck, im not giving them shit. i think rui jie asked me today, and vina a few/two days ago, ying xian yesterday, nicole and sam chye asked me at the same time, and amanda just asked me. what IS the world coming to? all the "hardworking" people are dying out. ARGH! am i the only one who finished half the homework on the first 3 days? ARGH. im a homework freak. oh well. at least i get to rest. whee~ im happy. but school's approaching. but so are friends. i think friends are the only thing i go to school for. there's nothing besides is there??? :S

"bloody haze"

well. i read a lot today, i guess the whole day was spent on reading and destroying my computer with stupid anti-virus/spyware software.

and yeah. i think i should stop taking those choco coffe beans. i havent been able to sleep until 2am or something because i take like 3 every night. oh sadness. they're from australia, not bugis junction. but i think ill get some the next time i pass by bugis junction. whee~ they're nice. but i think i should stick to just choco. coffee is really depriving me of sleep.

and the stupid haze is making all my stuff go dusty. and my dad says i shouldnt go out. not that i have anything to go out for, but the haze sure is irritating me. and its even worse when it comes during the time when the ignorant hdb is busy constructing second lifts at your block. do they have to do it NOW? i mean like just cut it off for a week or so, then continue after the haze has lifted, not add to the pollution... grrr

but at least i read nice books. by roald dahl, "mr fantastic fox", "the giraffe, and the pelly, and me", "the magic finger" and of course, "james and the gaint peach" they're all quite nice, even though they're quite short. more like short stories to me, becuase the font is like so huge. finished them in 2 hours, with lunch in between.

then i read the groovy greeks and rotten romans. the one i got for a present a year or two ago from borders. haha. its all cool and stuff. and the maps are real good too. when i think of history or geog i think of maps. :S i guess i just love maps. but you get sick of reading horrible histories because you know the stuff too well even before you read the books. i guess thats just me. and my ancient civilisations thing.

ah. then i finally started on ella enchanted. omg. it's like super! it's one of my favourite books now. of course, it's rather short too, because its under young adults. sure, im 14, but my reading speed is quite quick. (shi bao sure takes a long time to read. he finished lotr in like 2-3 weeks or something. i finished it in 3 days. oh yeah. what happened to my "saving private ryan" vcd sb? oh ya. he's at camp. dotz.) i finished it in 3 hours. but its really nice! i wont bother with reviews here. but i'd give it what it deserves, a 5/5. like amazon.com. it really grips you.

i did nothing much. i found the virus which has been infecting my comp from the start without me knowing it. and it even bypassed windows' virusscan. i used some weird scan thing today which appeared in computer times. i think avg. avg screwed my comp up because so many files were infected by one virus, so i uninstalled it in the end. at least i only have one. its win32.parite . damage level is rated at low, spread at medium. not that bad. an inefficient virus. it just annoyed me, so i decided to get rid of it. it was easy. i use some removal tool and it took the virus away without destroying my files. theres something satisfying about seeing "file infected" then "killed" you know. like "missing in action"/"killed in action". that's just what the viruses are. haha. im so happy i stayed with win98. im not affected by all those new viruses that only affect winxp. bwahaha.

but ill have to get a new comp. ill install win98 on it. and delete winxp for osme other time. oh well. gotta run now. must find something productive to do. i think ill go read up on algebra. oh shit. textbook's with amanda. ill read chinese instead. yeah.

whee~ went ice skating today! yay! i was like waiting at kallang mrt macdonalds. then 10 minutes after the appointed meeting time, i called amanda. she called nicole. and i called nicole. argh. wrong macdonalds. kallang macdonalds= kallang CARPARk macdonalds. oh well. at least there were lots of buses to there from kallang mrt.

i got to eat waffle-cone! sure, its a rip-off (1.80, instead of 0.25, but at least its nice. =D and also a sausage mc muffin. yay! then we WALKED to leisure park. then we got there. ive never been to leisure park. it seems that its popularity has died down somewhat. most probably an icon during the 80s, then just gave way to other leisure activites (lan, computers etc etc)

people involved: hui yi, who started this whole thing, darren who reminded me, nicole who loves ice skating, amanda who was with hui yi and had enough money to take a cab there, aaron, sam chye, max, kevin.

the ice skating rink was nice! all icy and cold and stuff. just the perfect way to get shelter from the scorching heat. phew. well, after some blisters, cramps, bruises and stuff like these, i finally learnt how to ice skate. i went a few rounds without touching the sides. and managed to keep the skates straight! with help from those there. thanks guys! but my feet were hurting because i kept "in-stepping" at the start, so i decided to follow in kevin's footsteps and make snowballs!

there was this pro guy who kept skidding to a stop, and when that happened, lots of ice things were formed. and we collected them. but he went away to help some girls collect snowballs. not fair! they got so much snow-things and we had to make snow-things ourselves. it was an unspoken competition, see who had the bigger snowball. i guess we won. i combined my iceball with kevin's. but then the others took it away and before we got there were already crushing it to bits. hmmph! i was thinking of bringing it out. oh well.

then it was lunchtime. i wasnt too hungry, so i ate honeydew sago (the sago didnt look like sago, more liek tiny soursop seeds) with coconut milk ice! whee~ i didnt feel cold actually. unaffected by temperature. just like last time. haha. then we went to the arcade! some guys kept hogging the daytona things. so i went podracing. and aaron and nicole played dance dance revolution. haha. miss miss miss miss. then these two girls took over. perfect good 42 combo. compare the difference. haha. (note: still not as bad as mr ng. *snigger*)

well. i went home. had a chocolate concerto cone. yay. i guess if i keep up this diet of two ice creams per day, ill be overweight by the end of the next term. but i intend to just stay in acceptable zone. so ill stop it by the holidays. i just took supper and i am 48.5 kg. ill take my weight tmr morn too. just to see the diff. whee~ happy days havent ended. but i fear the start of school. i had been happy since the angsty, depressed mark for 5-6 weeks now! yay! what a wonderful world~

boring day. but still happy

we had to listen to the adult's service today. bleh. but at least i understood the stuff. then we all took photos at the playground! whee~ i went to the library, but i didnt borrow anything. went home on 31 with dickson. was reading "flow my tears". it's scary. but good.

i had cup noodles for lunch. finally off "proper" food. and chatted about ice skating tmr. i'm not sure. ill just bring gloves in case i wanna ice skate. then i played b-17 gunner, some new game i got. its quite realistic. but like pearl harbor gunner thing, it gets boring after a while. they just add new planes. and dont even have new weapons. and im too good at it *ego* i play too many fixed gunner games. oh well. maybe its time i practice cs.

i re-read charlotte's web. its nice! and sad at the ending. but i didnt cry. not like in p4. haha. oh well. its about 10:10 now. ill try to finish off chinese. then sleep. wait. i guess ill chat more first. ah well.

"happy day"

whee~ i slept late today! there was nothing for me to do (besides homework)! finally a free day! so my parents said they wanted to bring me out for a family day (and also to get me off the comp). first, we went to changi airport for lunch. i had mushroom hor fun! then i got to see the foudnations for terminal 3. it's like superb infrastructure and stuff. and the glassy design is nice too.

well. we went back and i watched the dirty dozen with my dad. some movie about prisoners becoming soldiers to fight in the war. i only watched disc 1, because by the time disc 1 finished it was time to move off again. we went to borders! i had some argument with my parents because huiyi called and said they were going to play ball so i wanted to come back early, but NOOO... they siad come back at 10. (we came back at 11 anyway). so nvm.

anyway. we had sushi! 30 bucks on the cheapest sushi in town. sakae sushi rocks! and the frog with "rong" (happiness, glory, brightness) on it is cute too! and i so totally love the tempura ice cream. its only 3.40. and still one of my fave desserts. whee~

i went to borders while my parents went around marks and spencers. and they didnt buy choco-coated COOKIES for me! they forgot! =( but never mind, at least i bought a book. ella enchanted! whee~ finally have it. and the movie version too! yay! and i even got a nice sticker from the kind borders people on some sticker sheet thing (because it was a kids book) and a voucher for 20% discount for the next item i bought. im saving it. (it lasts till 25 july)

then my dad decided o meet his army friend's family at west mall because their eldest daughter was leaving for melbourne on july 11 (nicole's bday?) so anyway, i got a cornetto on the way. REALLY HAPPY! =D and so we met them at harvey norman. they bought a laptop for their daughter to bring to australia because the one she had now was too bulky or sonething. and my dad decided to get an acer comp for me! but of course, i refused. because at simlim you can get a comp twice as good for the same price. but anyway the acer comp is quite good. and im waiting for a backup disk thing so i can transfer the info over. damn. now my parents want to get me a comp but i dont want it yet. split personality thing.

we all sat at bk and had a drink. and talked and and talked. im still aiming for the nsw university coming over to sgp. and its just a few busstops away if i take 31. so i decided that it would be good. whee~ i went home listening to some nice light jazz and classics over the radio. really contented now. and HAPPY! =D

"happily ever after just took time"

they said true love wouldn't hurt. ah...promises, promises.

it was just me and nicholas playing around with publisher at bizlab today. hao jun and hui yi's gone for multimedia camp, vina was sick. we got the post-it design done! and created a hotmail account for bizlab!

i was very full after lunch. it was like one huge bowl of ban mian. but the lady was very generous with all the stuff. lan! ice world with two other strangers, then me against nic in treetops. then some unused map, like the kitchen one, except this was something about mice.

got very sianz after lan, so i went to library. i spent just 5-10 minutes there, grabbed 3 books and went home. "the wish", "boy at war", "flow my tears, the policeman said" yeah. i finished the wish and boy at war in just 4 hours. they're quite good. but under young teen, so quite short and thus too easily read. flow my tears is by philip k dick, and his stories take some time to understand, so im reading it when i have more time.

im very bored now, absolutely nothing to do. sure, theres homework, but theres still one more week. argh. stupid portfolio. oh well. i wish i had someone to talk to now. its so boring...

"virusscan found nothing, but it sure made my computer work again"

well. today was pretty screwed up. first, i went for bizlab. i waited for half an hour, then vina arrived, the others were at multimedia camp. we rang the staff room 2 times for mrs shu, but after waiting another half hour, we gave up and i went to white sands.

there was practically nothing of interest to me. i borrowed the chinese version of ella enchanted and walked around a bit, then my dad came for lunch and brought me home. so i was like bloody bored at home. i finished the chinese book report; i still have the letter. i played the comp around for a bit. eventually time reached 4. i was meeting sb at the mrt at 4:30.

of course, every meeting with sb is screwed up. he said he was there on time and stuff. i was also there, walking around, trying to find him. but it was quite a huge place and stuff. i gave up at 5 and went to pasir ris. there was no one there. after a few calls, to zhi wen, sharan and derrick, i was kindly informed that xin hui had cancelled the class gat without informing anyone, including me and derrick. so he was like pissed and stuff, and said he'd come over for dinner because he didnt want to go home.

as usual, he came in a taxi. then we decided to go back to tampines. stupid round trip. oh well. we looked for sb at the mrt and tamp mall for a while, but of cos he wasnt there (after further questioning i would find out that he was at pasir park until 8, cycling and having korean food or something) we went to pasta mania. then the arcade. i was like winning derrick at daytona when he did some tyco move, which of course he didnt intend to do, and crashed into me and slammed me into the wall at the last 3 seconds. :S and i lost by 1 second. ARGH! gitty daytona.

oh yeah. and my hp is screwed. derrick smsed that amanda was coming. and i received it 10 minutes later or something. i was at sans bookshop and derrick at yamaha, when i saw amanda walking towards yamaha. so i rushed out of the shop and stalked her until i gave up and said in a deep voice: "derrick's at yamaha" that freaked her out. yay.

we were all bored.we went around for about an hour or so, and sat down at century square. and talked about sharan's quote thing. and stuff. we reluctantly went home. it was just too boring. i took 293 with ama. silence. bleh. oh well.

then i started up my comp and it screwed up, hanged a few seconds after booting up. i got sb's help. and ran the comp in safe mode. and did virusscan. it detected nothing. but after i did that, i booted the comp again. and it worked! i was like omg, there was no virus, and just like the "computer-resting" method, it was a miracle worker. powerful. i had wasted time talking with sb and watching memphis belle and listening to cds while doing virusscan. so i blogged. yay. bleh. theres bizlab tmr. and mrs shu better be there.

"i ching"

i was going around researching about the chinese "book of changes" called the i ching, on which "the man in the high castle" is based on. its rather superstitious. i dont really believe in it, but this reading i got about my life is rather interesting.

What is life?

The present is embodied in Hexagram 58 - Tui (Joy): There will be progress and attainment, but it will be advantageous to be firm and correct.
The first (bottommost) line, undivided, shows the pleasure of inward harmony. There will be good fortune.
The second line, undivided, shows the pleasure arising from inward sincerity. There will be good fortune. Occasion for repentance will disappear.
The topmost line, divided, shows the pleasure of its subject in leading and attracting others.
The situation is shifting, and Yin (the passive feminine force) is gaining ground.

The future is embodied in Hexagram 12 - P'I (Stagnation): There is a lack of understanding between the different classes of men, and its indication is unfavorable to the firm and correct course of the superior man. We see in it greatness gone and the lesser come upon us.
The things most apparent, those above and in front, are embodied by the upper trigram Tui (Lake), which is tansforming into Chi'en (Heaven). As part of this process, joy, pleasure, and attraction are giving way to strength and creativity.
The things least apparent, those below and behind, are embodied by the lower trigram Tui (Lake), which is transforming into K'un (Earth). As part of this process, joy, pleasure, and attraction are giving way to docility and receptivity.

haha. seems to be good, but i dont trust this kind of shit. just for fun. oh yeah, and the korean flag was made using the i ching. the 4 different sets of stripes are i ching hexagrams -

||| Force (?; geon (?; ?) in Korean) = heaven (?);
|:| Radiance (?; ri (?; ?)) = fire (?), sun, and yang;
:|: Gorge (?; gam (?; ?)) = water (?), moon, and yin;
::: Field (?; gon (?; ?)) = earth (?).

nothing else to do lah, too little time left in this day to be doing homework, ill blog later...

back! i wrote some crap thing because i just felt like writing

i sat there. all alone. waiting and waiting. the light, so bright, so full of hope, shone down on me, a downcast figure. i saw you passing by, oblivious to my meaningless condition, my existence too pitiful for anyone to take notice of, especially you. reaching out, i tried to grasp at your hand, longing to feel warmth once again. but alas, the figure passing by was just a hallucination from days gone by, drifting in the silence of my memory, haunting me. i called out your name. there was no reply, just the whistling of the wind in my ear, a painful silence. i slowly descended upon the truth i had so long avoided, now all resistance lost. as the draughts hit me, i fell numb, stricken, as droplets froze on the cold, hard surface of the face once so full of joy, of laughter. i broke down, as my silent cries went unheard throughout the deathly night, the moonlight enveloping me.

whee~ went to vina's house. we edited the vocab of the script, giving a tone of aristocracy in it. or something like that. all the high-class words. sorta. then we played ggxx. haha. unbeaten, 5 wins in a row, against eugene and rui jie and vina. haha. eugene was like "rui jie, pass me the controller, i want to beat me", just like he had said yesterday. and i beat him. after that he was like asking rui jie how to defend against me, but then rui jie lost against me. haha. thanks for boosting my ego eugene.

nothing else for the rest of the day... so like i went searching for the i ching and stuff, like above. oh well. i have yet to do chinese and portfolio. and still dramas to come. argh. its like WEDNESDAY of the THIRD week! OMG! and theres bizlab tmr and friday, but i think ill rush chinese in time on either thursday or friday and portfolio on saturday, if i have enough focus.

"strange magic"

i woke up with some sort of strange condition that made my vision go blur, and i lost my balance, so i had a hard time in the toilet. :S but after i laid down in bed for a few moments, i was fine. weird.

i did a few things until 3 pm. i tried watching the battle of the bulge vcd, but my mum wanted to watch her stupid chinese show. (this also happened to me during the march holidays, like a repeat of events. :S) then she made some campbell chunky soup thing for lunch because dad hadnt bought dinner. then i went online for a while until eugene called me and 3pm.

he said he was bored and stuff. so i went to the library to meet him. and also borrow some erp books. i went around with him for a while with my handy-dandy erp list! ok. so i borrowed "man in the high castle" again, even though i have the ebook on the comp, and in the end i didnt use it. argh. but anyway, we went to tampines mall then century square.

i had a waffle cone from mcd. happy! i think the ice-cream-every-day "diet" is working for me! im growing fatter! whee~ but my arms are still veiny, i think its called vascular or something. oh well. at least im putting on weight. i think when school reopens im going to exercise a lot, so i can cut down weight. sort of an up and down diet thing. :S

oh yeah. and i thrashed eugene in daytona. HAH. he was like all "oh mark your driving sucks im gonna thrash you in daytone" and i was like all "bring it on gitass". haha. he tried using the ramming technique on me, but i kept evading then countering it. haha. he was the one who crashed in the end. whee! and i finished all the laps in time!

his dad fetched me to changi village to see airplanes landing and taking off from changi airport. we were there at landing hour (6pm) so the ratio of planes taking off to landing was 1:2. and i still have what eugene's dad commented "sharp eyesight" which most people said i had from young. i was worried about losing it when i started having lazy eye thing, but my left eye's still perfecr! and i still can see planes coming in a few km away. whee!

and i got to eat some nice food with my dad who came from kallang mcd all the way to changi village to have dinner with me. =D i took some minced meat with fishballs with fish dumplings kway teow. whee! it had lots of nice lards bits in it! i dont usually take lard, so this was what i would call once in a blue moon. talking about lard, im really fat now, all flabby and stuff, but maybe thats because i just took supper, and more cake's coming up. oh well. i better lose weight soon, before school starts. im aiming for my previous weight of 45kg. i must be something around 50 now. oh well.

anyway, i just finished erp! BOTh erp! whee! i did some reflections on lois lowry's the giver. its a good book. =D and i wrote an essay almost 2000 words long. whee! the previous erp was a poem about hitler. hint*war poems*hint i got portfolio and chinese assignments left, which i plan to do on the chinese version of ella enchanted. whee! but i still got all the dramas. i think 3 of them in which im main character. and somemore end of year main performance. and maybe some minor performances through the 2nd semester. thats quite a lot. and still got bizlab, and im ceo *ego*. ok. i got less than 2 weeks left. oh noes. but i pity shauna. she told me she's leaving early tmr for m'sia and somemore got camp right after it, and she hasnt finished her homework. poor thing. and most of it is supposed to be done online (like most of rgs assignments). oh well. i wish i could help, but i cant. good luck!

i think my parents are coming back with cake now... theres literature drama tomorrow, and bizlab on thursday and friday. this is a holiday?

"you don't forget love, not ever"- pearl harbor

after breakfast with dad, i went to school for bizlab.ext. we mostly did nothing except talk and talk. well. as usual. we eventually got some stuff done, in minimal amounts. hui yi went off to meet some ian guy for his birthday, so me, nicholas and hao jun went to roxy square. oh yeah. i drank soup with a straw. :S

anyway, we played cs! whee~ iceworld and assault and treetops. yay! i had ice cream on the way home! so i was happy! i spent the day sleeping and looking for ella enchanted stuff, and downloading stuff. whee~

ella enchanted seems excellent. the movie's rated as one of the best, the original novel is like 5/5 stars on amazon and has been awarded quite a few awards and the soundtrack is one of the best i've seen so far, and also has 4.5/5 stars. whee~ can't wait to catch the movie. i wonder why its opening so late in singapore...

"boring sunday"

whee! we played this game of get-a-person-over-the-1-metre-high-rope. half of the people were carried over by me and some other people using the 4 arm technique thing, then the rest, including me, jumped over with 3 chairs' help. yay! and then we got to poke balloons with thumbtacks then try to blow them up, but of course, we couldnt.

so yeah. after chicken rice at roxy square, i spent the whole day chatting huiyi about this movie thing called ella enchanted and p6gep group convo about our class gat. first things first. anne hathaway is pwetty! and huiyi says she's got BIG eyes! she looks cute too! ok. second. our class gat seems dead or something. i pity xinhui who seems to be sorting out everything. well, i still think we should go for bbq. i'm quite into good food nowadays. but from last year's bbq, it doesnt seem that the bbqed food will be very appetising.

so anyway. i also finished ONE erp. there's like one more. and i still got chinese holiday assignment and portfolio and we have to do a group essay for history on some weird thing i forgot. and yes, history and literature drama coming up. and now eds sec 2s are doing a play for farewell party and we have to get a script done before the uk trip people come back. oh well. i still have to find a slot to watch ella enchanted. whee! what a fun holiday!

"honour"

my parents left the house for breakfast before i even woke up. so i slept and slept until i was woken up by a call from eugene. i was going to his house with shi bao. i waited until my parents came back and ate lunch from the fried kway teow they brought home with the papaya milkshake they got from changi airport.

we played gta3, because js had lost vice city's play disc (gitass.) and also true crime-streets of la. true crime pales in comparision to gta:vc. its like so boring because you cant kill people for fun like in gta. but you get to explore the whole of la, except famous places like disneyland and hollywood. and the graphics quality's quite good too.

after getting bored of these two games, we watched the last samurai. it's real cool, with all the spurting blood and figth scenes and interesting storyline. good movie. and tom cruise is damn pretty. whee! but the predictions come quite clearly. guns versus swords, who wins? obviously guns right? especially when you have the machine guns. poor samurais.

when the movie ended, we went down to play bball. the girls from the dhs bball team were at eunos cc, and eugene, as usual, wanted to impress them, especially those he knew. not surprisingly, after weeks of no bball, he, and me and sb, all played like we never played bball before. well, at least i got a few long range shots in. and eugene gots some 3 pointers in, and sb learnt how to dribble. yeah. so quite ok lah. and we played against these two dudes who were like so much better than us. haiz. oh well, quite late now, so i better go... and i miss church camp... =(

"mark's big blog entry"

well, i just came back from malacca. it was one hell of a week, and its also gonna be one big blog entry, as the title promises. i'm gonna start from monday all the way till today so i wont miss out any details. but anyway i dont expect most people to read through the whole thing, though there are some nice parts =D

MONDAY

i woke up as a beam of sunlight penetrated my eyelids. oh yes, monday morning. i thought i was late for school or something, so i started to rush to the toilet. then i noticed my parents packing the final stuff for the trip. oh stupid me. i was going to malacca. oh yay. so we were late at immigration because of my mum and her last minute crap yet again.

we were going in a convoy of 3 cars. there was a long line/queue/row of coaches at the immigration, from the immigration to the entrance at tuas, thats a few hundred metres long. sure, the 4 church buses had left long before us, but looking at the queue, they would have reached malacca way after us. well. singapore immigration had really nice deco. there was a pond with fishies! just like dhs. =D

we stopped along the way at various places, like buspark. ok. i'm not sure which one is the true buspark, but i saw it on the way home, the one exactly like the one i saw last year and in my dreams. oh yeah, and there were endless rows of oil palms from johor bahru all the way to malacca. at some parts the "scenery" was astounding. the oil palms stretched far beyond the horizon, out of sight. i think malaysia has really gone mad over oil palms. anyway, it reminded me of geoggie, and holiday homework. so i got really worried and stuff because i only finished half of all the homework. argh. at least i finished geoggie liaoz.

we reached the state of malacca at 12 noon. and i got to navigate the streets of malacca. everything went well for my first time, i chose the route and stuff, but there was a traffic jam and my dad's car was squeezed into a wrong turn and the whole convoy followed because he was the guide. something like "blind follow the blind". oh well, we reached the hotel (century mahkota hotel) at 1. and the coaches still weren't there. hah.

checked in then went for lunch. the food wasn't as good as last year's (some people still say last year's camp was the best, and i agree), but it was still nice, especially the desserts. yummy! and ice cream is real cheap there too. yay! i had a great time eating lots of ice cream. and a lot of other stuff was cheap there too. come on, its malacca, in malaysia. and most of food products sold in singapore (especially ice cream) are produced in malaysia, thus they're cheaper. right?

well, anyway, we went to check out the rooms. my family got an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and two bathrooms. and it was both overlooking the sea and pool. whee! i shared a bedroom with my parent's long-time friend's son, jonathan. so we were like really satisfied with the room. we even got to spy on other people at night. since we had lots of free time, and because my parents wanted to sort out all the stuff, i went with jonathan's family to mahkota parade across the road, the biggest shopping mall in malacca and maybe a lot of other places. it has like 2 shopping-mall-sized chambers. woah.

everything is like bloody cheap there, return of the king was going for RM24.90, and so was pearl harbor and armgaeddon and harry potter 1-3, and lotr extendeds too. i was like woah. and they are ALL original. except produced in malaysia. but the movies are still the same, except the covers are lower quality, but its still the same movie! and food is real cheap there too. pizza hut had meals for RM7.90 and pizzas at twice as low as singapore prices, so was kenny rogers. a family meal costing $50 in singapore cost RM50 there. woah. i didnt buy anything, yet. i was dumbfounded, and felt real cheated by singaporean shops. =( it's like ultra cheap there.

when we got back to the hotel, the coaches had just reached. at 4:30. they were supposed to be there at 12:30. 4 hours late. woah. fear the power of imigration and monday mornings. well, by the time they reached, the next thing on the time table was dinner, at 6:30. there was nothing much i could do so early into the trip, so i just listened to songs about jane over the discman. oh well. during dinner i found out i was in the same devotional group as vanessa, just like last year. and we decided (some of the ypm people) that we would always sit together for all meals at the same table. yeah.

i played mini-golf after that with matthias and glenn. for a first timer, i think i got the hang of it quickly. i could already got shots in with just 2 hits, and non-tyco ones. haha. whee! we tried to escape the night service, but we were chased in again. =( oh well. we talked and talked. eventually i got 2 hours of the message in just 5 minutes. it's the power of summary showing itself again.

we played more mini-golf after the service. i got 2,2,2,2,5,2 (number of hits taken to get in the hole) quite good for a start. well, me and jonathan had cup noodles before going to sleep. ah. bliss. and we also got to spy on some people at block 6. haha. we were staying at the top floor of block 7, as i said, real good to spy from.

TUESDAY

i woke up at 6:30 and got to see what was left of the sunrise over the ocean. breakfast was as good as dessert, and i guessed that means it was good. we played more mini-golf. and i got a hole in one! maybe i have some sort of talent at it or something... i'll go play more when i have time. morning service was ok, we sang some nice songs, then there was a 15 minute break. it's even shorter than recess! i used the time to spend the first of my 100 ringgit on a carved wooden pencil thing.

the workshop was on bgr and dating and stuff like that. oh well, we were part of ypm (young people's ministry) so i guess it's just normal they decide on that kind of topic for us. but it was taken in a new light. like how to use relationships to reach common christian goals and stuff. got teased a lot after that about a certain someone. eventually you'll guess who it is...

so me and jonathan were resting after lunch, playing cards in our room, when vanessa and amelia (her sis) rang the doorbell. they came into the room and we all gossiped and talked and played cards and listened to music and drew with the new pencil i got and all sorts of stuff. i went down with vanessa and amelia to the mini mart and bought them wooden pencils. whee!. and each pencil cost only RM2. well, i went to play water captain's ball after that. i was captain and attacker for most of the time. scored and caught quite a few. yay.

i also gave my own carved pencil to jonathan because mum said we had too many at home (5 from other states) liao. oh well. the night service was better and i managed to be attentive and even stay awake during the message. yay.

WEDNESDAY

woke up real tired at 7:15. i had 15 minutes to wash up for breakfast. i forced myself all the way to the restaurant. argh, i hate tired mornings. bgr workshop was quite ok, with graphs and tables and stuff. (too bad no graphics =P lol) ok. so we were supposed to fast and pray while some other people went for a prayer walk, but instead i went to mahkota with vanessa, amelia, luke, glenn and phyllicia.

i bought the pearl harbor vcd for RM24.90! really happy. i just watched it. the intro text is in malay, but who reads the terms and conditions bullshit. the movie's in english and that's all i care about. we ate at macdonald's. i took a chocolate milkshake for RM1.95. you dont get that kind of stuff in singapore mcds. haha. it was just like melted choco ice cream. branded stuff like giordano and levis are more expensive in malaysia than singapore though. i dunno why. but still, mahkota is shopper's paradise, and the arcade's good too. yay!

i rested in the room, listening to music and reading books until dinnertime. everyone talked at the lobby after dinner about the usual stuff. oh yeah. i love the malaccan sunset, it's really like gta vice city scenery all around. yay. i got autographs from jonathan, vanessa and amelia after service. the both of them plus glenn and phyllicia came to our room and played cards all the way till 11:30pm.

note: written below this entry in my book is a heart with "i'm missing you already". i dunno why i wrote that, but its something to do with someone i guess.

THURSDAY

routine wake up, wash up and breakfast, the service was rather touching, i fell into tears for no apparent reason. and jonathan, the good guy, prayed for me. the workshop was on being a light to your neighbour (friends, relatives etc). i chose to pray for hui yi and other non-christians in the class. instead of playing water polo or shopping and gossiping, i chose to isolate myself in slumber. i was really tired, but i woke up just in time for dinner.

we sat outside the service and talked until matthew chern forced us in. as a "celebration" for teh final nigth of teh church camp, i went for go-karting with jonathan, matthias and glenn just across the road. i spent RM20 on it for 6 laps. it was like bloody fun. much better than escape and stuff. fine, so i was going to go go-karting on week 4 already, but wtf lah, might as well go in malacca too right?

so anyway, i only crashed two times. the first time was when glenn suddenly stopped and i swerved into the side, the second when i was trying to overtake him and he was trying his brake without telling me and i went into the side again. oh sad me. but it was really fun. =D we were treated to floats and fries by some guy called don. whee! the cafe was out in the open, just beside the sea, real romantic. =D i burnt lots of fries, and they burn just like candles! yay! i went back for some cup noodles then sleep.

FRIDAY

ok. today. very interesting. well. matthias puked about 6 times today. starting from breakfast. poor thing. there wasnt any service, just communion and testimony. so after communion, we all went out and talked. a lot of people were sick. and we got lots of tissue for them from the cafe. oh well. and we also caught moths and put them into the ballroom. haha.

lunch was the final meal before we moved off. it was sad to see them leave, yet we were gonna meet on sunday again. the convoy was now 4 cars. we set off for home at 2. there were many cars from our church also setting off and everyone split into small convoys to disperse ourselves. i got to see more oil palms along the way, and even took photos! haha. too bad the camera was not available when i passed by the true buspark. i saw it with my own eyes. the legend. oh well.

there was a lot of military activity everywhere and stuff. the malaysian military seems to be well organised. i saw one transport convoy and identified the vehicles. from front to back: guard jeep with cool machine gun, 2 infantry transport trucks, an ammo+fuel jeep, and a communications jeep. cool... well, we stopped at some weird place for break. met a few of the other convoys. but we went off quite late, so most of them were already moving off. i took 2 choco-x cones. the whole thing is made up of chocolate. woah. yummy.

i saw a lot of motorcycles when we were nearing johor. one whole row of them stretching from the stop all the way back to singapore. dad said they were malaysian workers coming home after work in singapore. woah. really cool. riding down the north-south highway with the wind in your hair. the convoy spilt up when we reached singapore immigration. i got past immigration with my chewing gum easily. they're dumb people. but the gurkhas with m-16s look really cool. haha. oh well. its 12:15 now. and i told hui yi i'll post it up just about now. oh yeah. im going to eugene's house tomorrow to play stuff. hope i can find rotk for him. whee! tired now. oh yeah. and pearl harbor rocks too.

(-.-)-~o
uu'''u

whee! that is so cute! i got it from grace in some group convo just now. its a wabbity! =D i like wabbities.

we had a treasure hunt in church. it was fun! we went around the whole building finding stuff. in the end, we celebrated the birthdays in may... including mine! there was this nice choco cake from sweet secrets! omg. it was like yummy! yay! cold and creamy! just like chocolate ice cream!

31 home. i didnt notice matthew on the bus until i got off and he waved at me. :S this has happened to me a few times this year, with sam low, vanessa, olivia, and now matthew. it seems i get much blurer on buses for some weird reason. :S

i printed out 2 lord of the rings bookmarks. one's arwen and aragorn, one's arwen and some elvish design at the back. sure, its a waste of ink, especially the arwen-aragorn which is very black, but i decided that i want to keep the bookmarks i have already in mint condition. and a lotr bookmark is good...

i just came back from a haircut. my mum's complaining that the fringe is still too long and stuff. argh. ill just cut it off myself. although i dont think it will end up well.

oh well, im leaving tomorrow. for malacca. if i can ill try to connect to msn or at least my email/blog to check out whats happening back here in singapore. just to say i'll miss you guys over there. oh. and hui yi's coming back tomorrow. so i won't see her for 2 weeks. :( sad... ill try to get some gum back, smuggle it under the car and stuff or my bag.

im sad to leave all my friends. but at least its only for a week. well... the homework will have to be left for 3rd week. i have 2x erp, portfolio, chinese book report, review questions 15 and a few group projects like the history drama, essay and literature drama. argh. too many performances this year. oh. and im bringing toothpicks instead of a swiss army knife. *was too lazy to carve a wooden knife* oh well. at least they're sharp and can cut stuff.

i hope the camp goes as planned. i hope im in the same group with at least 1 person i know (vanessa etc etc, like last year) and maybe ill get some gel from there. or some music/game cds because they're most probably chwaper over there. and the hotels beside mahkota parade, the best mall in malacca. should have lan there too. shall go play ro if i can. and check email+msn.

"chicken head: dissected"

today was one hell of a day. was very busy with my cousin's wedding and stuff. all the way at north serangoon. basically talk and eat and talk more. my two other male cousins(shawn and benny) are from acsi. and it seems that acsi is indeed a weird school. sure, they have a nice campus with lan gaming centres and food courts, but you dont have people throwing chairs out the windows during exam days and putting the duster on top of the whiteboard so short teachers (sau ww etc etc) cant grab them. evil. oh. and did you know geppers in acsi only need to pay 12 bucks while the mainstream dudes have to pay 250+? sad. we were talking about ccas and stuff and frozen throne and cs and all teh stuff we usually talk about.

then it was like 2pm and i went home. saw some documentary on dday. tmr's dday 60th anniversary. w00t. george bush is in france trying to convince chirac that hes right, and then he's off to normandy for dday ceremony. sad dude. i dont think i like bush very much.

joanne smsed me about the late bday card and also told me that amanda informed her using her advanced "intuition" or psychic powers or whatever weird ideas she had and told joanne that i liked olivia. and joanne was like omg, she's so pretty. and im like, erm.. right, yeah shes nice, but i dont think i like her. and joanne replied that "unless i liked amanda". weird. i think the both of them are getting weird ideas.

i went to sleep so i wouldnt flop during the wedding dinner. whee! i dreamnt about some weird stuff. which wouldnt be good to write about here. uhhuh. well, i dunno why i brought ro and to kill a mockingbird to the hotel. oh well. at least we got valet service. i was like omg valet service cost 6 bucks and my dad was like its fun and stuff. and i got to keep the coupon! ahem.

dinner was great. shawn kept dropping food. 7/9 dishes. mine was ONLY 2/9, and benny was also 2/9. we have much better balance than shawn. yay. we got to pop party poppers at my cousin. whee! i had two. we talked more about ft and the strategies and units and all the weird stuff. then we talked about cs. it seems the acsi cs map the acsi geppers started last year is in one of the final beta stages and the acsi lan shop uses it. shawn played it, but he says it sucks. im hoping for the full version to be released. so i can see whats its like. oh yeah. and acsi is getting another extension to its already super big campus. argh. look at dhs. but dhs still has lots of nice people! and pond with cute fishies!

still, the best part of the meal was the roasted chicken. i was like asking for the chicken head. and shawn stuck his chopstick through the chicken's eyes and there was grey liquid with black dots in it dripping onto my plate. then i opened the mouth of the chicken and broke it apart so it was like gaping. then benny tore open it's skull from teh top of the throat. there was more grey liquid, this time coming from what i suppose was the brain, because you could see the weird tube-like things sticking out of it. whee. my stomach didnt feel too good after that. i dont think the grey liquid was suited for consumption.

oh! and i took beer after half a year of avoiding it. not bad lah. i finished 1/8 of a wine glass of beer. and another 1/8 in coke mixed with 1/2 cup of chinese tea. coke+ beer+ chinese tea = good concoction. better than ginseng lenyong substitute. whee! beers good. it sort of tastes like very strong bittergourd, but once you swallow it it really warms the tummy. but it doesnt seem to be healthy. oh well. ill stick to red wine. its more effective and elegant. you know, like what aaron or tristan would call "glam".

i got to touch the ice swan thing! it was like all freezing and cold and stuff. and smoke was coming out of it. shiny! *happy* oh yeah. and was that miss mint sitting 2 tables away? :S weird. me and benny were talking about all the weird aircraft things on the way home. it seems singapore might have a chance in a war. or something like that. experts claim singapore would only survive 3 weeks/ months/ whatever in a war. weeks or months, that is still short. maybe the world peace thing might come in handy sometime.

"yo. i am t3h cockroach. ph34r me." - js

whee! i went to js' house today to do the history drama. we edited the script, made some changes to the way things were said, rehearsed and stuff... etc. and played marvel vs capcom and ggxx! well. i like that cable guy from marvel vs capcom rocks. sure i lost, but it was my 1st time. but i dont expect to beat js or visa or wen quan anytime soon... or anytime.

js' grandma can cook well. the curry was like nice! well, i dont usually like curry, but this curry was superb. although it wasnt spicy at all, but still nice. we watched all sort of weird videos like the lord of the rings remake, which is damn funny, and some radiohead videos like the paranoid android and street spirit. radiohead's not bad. the videos are quite interesting, but it takes some time to get what they mean.

went off to eastpoint to have ice cream and buy materials for the drama, with amanda, aaron, darren and ying xian. it was fun! we had ICE CREAM! whee! with chocolate dip on it. yay! =D then we went to popular for the crepe paper. i paid for the materials and also bought a silver pen! *is very happy about it* shiny! i like shiny stuffies!

we visited pet safari! all the fishies and tiny mouse/rat/guinea pig things were SO CUTE! OMG! small and cuddly and stuff! whee! ying xian said she could give me some of those small fishie types because her dad's fishes just had some small fishies! yay!

after i had calmed down, we went through the pasar malam. nothing much there. i dont think pasar malams have their appeal on me anymore. i guess i like air-conditioned places with lots of nice stuff like shopping centres more. but pasar malam stuff are real cheap. but nothing much for me. you dont get cool stuff like silver pens there, do you?

i went home with amanda on a 293. we met some juniors on the bus. they were out for irs and stuff. whee! ancient civilisations. i still mantain some interest in civilisations. they are indeed quite interesting. well. at eastpoint we talked about a LOT of stuff.

1) comparing grades
2) studying during the holidays and how despo SOME people are
3) vafanahp. i saw vp at school on monday with THE lover dude. kiwifruit was reprimanding them
4) people's attitudes
5) eds night!
6) and the horrigible make-up and what it did to me and aaron
7) my hair
8) and what i should do about it
9) cute animals!
10) food.
11) more food.
12) ICE CREAM!
13) music cds.
14) various pop singers etc (like brtiney spears and how she sucks so much, and also atomic kitten and how amanda keeps forgetting to ask zhi wen for the cd for aaron)
15) history drama duh.
16) trips we're going on next week. darr's going to melbourne.
17) various catchphrases
18) eugene's personal affairs. :S
19) his romantic tendecies.
20) and a lot more

you know, if i put down what we talk about everyday, i am confident that my blog entries will go beyond the 1000 word limit i put on them everyday and go up to 2000 or something. oh well.

i was very happy today. i havent been this happy for many months. nothing bad has happened in the past 2 or 3 weeks. =D *is really happy* *and intends to keep it that way* i think sb and nic go pissed with my self-pitying shit last year, so ill be more optimistic this year, and at the same time dont go beyond egoism.

i am happy for 5 reasons:
1) ice cream!
2) silver pen!
3) talked a lot at eastpoint and with amanda on the way home..
4) and i still love the silver optical mouse
5) i love silvery and shiny stuff!

whee! im gonna buy lots of gum from malacca for the ppl back here in singapore. and a knife for the authorities to consficate. and produce another so it will get them pissed. and another. and another... something like the 4 hps and mr kiw thing. yay! maybe i should do it, see what he says. and those 4 hps are quite worthless now. 4 3315s. :( i want something like a 6610. the samsung phone is getting old. but it still have voice recog! =D and i have all the eds dance songs on it! whee! *so is still happy*

spent morning playing some aoe2 lord of the rings campaigns. too easy. wham wham wham. you need something ridiculously difficult like wen quan's haha scenario to really tense you up. damn it, every single aoe and aoe2 is too easy. i heard rise of nations and thrones and patriots is rather difficult, so im going try it out. must buy gold edition (even though it costs 90 bucks, but hey, its 2 games in one)

pc show 2004 at expo. disappointing. ok. so the deals were good. like the 20 bucks for 12 issues of chip magazine, and that 10 buck optical mouse. yeah. and micrsoft was really giving cool deals like free wireless mouse+keyboard with office 2003 etc etc. well, im not here to advertise. but i bought that optical mouse.

bleh. ok. i know i have 5 mice already. but its OPTICAL! and it was ONLY 10 bucks. wen quan wants a mouse, so i guess ill give him one of the microsoft ps/2 mouse i bougth for 50 bucks before i realised that my ps/2 port was all screwed up. argh. but... this optical mouse is real cool. its all silver (though i would love to have a translucent purple/clear one) and it shoots red light! like a laser gun thing. whee!

went to century square to get that popular magazine thing. met diane somewhere on the way there. apparently she watched harry potter. i wonder if its good, but anyway ill still watch it. and i still wanna watch troy! and im not free for the whole week! =( got history drama tmr, wedding from morn till night on saturday and have to pack for malacca trip on sunday. ARGH. now ill never get to watch troy and harry potter. hmmph. but at least ill enjoy myself in malacca, i hope. i would rather go off to europe or something but of course i dont have the time with all the fked up homework and stuff. (oh, i finished jiao bao today =) )

popular was selling ragnarok. ARGH! and i bought it for full price when i could have gotten it for discount. not that i still want to play it. i like the booklet. :S maybe ill buy a second copy. but its be useless. wtf lah. im going mad. well. i walked home, really happy with everything because i was having some nice ice cream i bought at the park. whee!

i was playing gba return of the king and pokemon ruby just now. rotk was disappointing. pokemon ruby rocks! OMG. its like super pro graphics and the gameplay and plot aint bad either. the interaction between characters and surroundings is nice too! i think its really good by handheld standard. =) but i dont really play pokemon anymore. ive outgrown it i guess. im keeping it to marvel at the graphics. its like so nice and colourful compared to the other pokemon versions.

i dunno what to do now. see who's online so i can go chat.

"slacking - a great way to live"

whee! i slacked the whole of today. watched passion of the christ with my dad in the morning. it was sad. especially when the spiked whip stucked into jesus' body and the roman soldier pulled it out. everyone in the show was cringing. ew. well. the story is quite similar to that in the bible. the final part was cool though. cracking of the temple. w00t.

i finished the pokemon tcg i got yesterday. in 2 days i finished one whole game. its too easy lah. i cant believe people actually take longer than me to finish the game. i love my raichu! its like super pro. gigashock rocks. 30 damage to active opponent, and 10 more to 3 other benched pokemon! yay! although it takes 4 energies to use.

did nothing much. i slept for about an hour or so. my computer was on throughout the day. oh well. im planning to go to the pc show tmr. i wonder if my homework will ever be done. maybe i should do some chinese now. argh. what the heck. ill just play some other game.

"COOKIES!"

this month will be deemed the month of the cookie! whee~ *is really happy* well. amanda just called me. i can't believed we talked for like 15 minutes or something. :S it was supposed to be planning history drama than it went on to songs and erp and some weird kazaa vs limewire thing. oh well. i like long phone conversations. even though they bring me off track from my homework and make my ear hurt. =D

well. went to vina's house today. supposed to do literature drama, but of course, the lure of ggxx was too strong. i think i did my part liao. i edited the current script before going to eat cookies, read comics and lotr, and of course play ggxx. the others (vina, eugene, rui jie) of course did nothing.

cookies were NICE! oh. and we had fried food for lunch again. =D fried chicken wings still taste so good. you never get bored of them.

my ggxx seems to be improving. maybe its because i used cheap characters like potemkin and kliff. i managed to defeat vina, eugene and ruijie using potemkin, which is a normal character, without gold or ex. of course i also defeated them using kliff. but hes a secret character. so duh. visakan came later on. i won him with potemkin when he was using sol bad-guy (his trademark character), but i got trashed when i played against axl low. argh. stupid counter. eventually i won but by a small (and tyco) margin.

i finished the potemkin story mode thing. and even perfected slayer. w00t. visa was saying how hard it was to defeat slayer using potemkin or something. i guessed i proved him wrong. and im a n00b. its only my third time playing. aiyah. ggxx gets boring after a while. you have to turn to other games eventually. but it seems that the ggxx craze wont die down for a while in dhsgep. yet.

i tried starting on erp, but i dont have the books i need. i finished chinese letter thing. yay! im in front of schedule currently, by 2 pieces of homework. im gonna take it easy... its the holidays anyway... i'm gonna sort out my mp3 collection now. it's not messy, but i want to get all the song, artist and album names right.
